Clean Vehicle

Prior to your vehicle being shipped it is a good idea to wash and clean your vehicle inside and out Your vehicle will be inspected prior to be loaded onto the Carrier and you will be receive a Bill of Lading which notes any defects or scratches on vehicle as well as delivery information.

Take Photos

Once you have cleaned your vehicle take pictures of all sides showing any dents or imperfections prior to pick up 

Can I pack items in my vehicle?

​Yes you can put up to 100 lbs of clothes or small items inside vehicle as long as both front and back windows can easily been seen through.

How much fuel can I have in tank?

No more then 1/4 of a tank of fuel is allowed at time of pick up.

How soon will my vehicle get Picked Up and Delivered?

Once your vehicle has been Dispatched for pick up it normally takes 3 days on the average to have it picked up depending on the route and season. Delivery times vary as well depending on how many stops the driver makes on his way to you but typically a car shipped from New York going to Florida will take 3 days weather conditions and times of the day play a part in the pick up and delivery times as well that is why dates and times given are estimated and not exact.
